Larina Matrix Terms of Use

Larina Matrix is a consumer-facing real estate discovery platform designed to help people explore communities, discover real estate professionals, view eligible listings connected to professionals, and contact professionals through available inquiry tools.

Larina Matrix is not a real estate brokerage, multiple listing service, lender, title company, legal service, tax advisor, or party to a real estate transaction.

Professional and listing information may come from verified professionals, Listing Amplified, public professional-license or business sources, participating listing data, or other sources used to operate the directory.

We make reasonable efforts to present information accurately, but we do not guarantee that every profile, listing, price, status, property fact, service area, business detail, or other item is complete, current, or error-free. Users should independently verify information that matters to a real estate decision.

Larina Matrix may display claimed profiles controlled by verified real estate professionals and unclaimed profiles created from limited public or imported professional information.

A "License Verified" or similar designation means professional information has been reviewed for platform purposes. It is not a guarantee, recommendation, endorsement, certification of competence, or promise regarding the quality of a professional's services.

Listings displayed on Larina Matrix may be provided or synchronized through Listing Amplified or participating professionals. Listing availability, price, status, property details, media, and other information can change.

Larina Matrix does not independently inspect properties or verify every listing fact, seller instruction, brokerage requirement, MLS rule, media right, or disclosure. Consumers should verify material information with the appropriate real estate professional and other qualified sources.

When you submit an inquiry through a profile, listing, or contact form, the information you provide may be saved and routed to the professional associated with that profile or listing, or to Larina Matrix for a general contact request.

Submitting a form does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, client, or other professional relationship with Larina Matrix or Listing Amplified. Any relationship with a real estate professional is established separately between you and that professional.

Larina Matrix provides discovery and connection tools. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, lending, appraisal, inspection, brokerage, or other professional advice.

Search placement, directory presence, featured placement, verification labels, or the appearance of a professional or listing on Larina Matrix should not be understood as a recommendation or endorsement.

You may not use Larina Matrix to:

• submit false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or fraudulent information;
• harvest or scrape personal or professional information for spam or unauthorized marketing;
• interfere with site security, availability, or access controls;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or purpose;
• copy or systematically extract site content to build or train a competing directory, database, or service without permission; or
• use the site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Larina Matrix may link to third-party websites, social-media platforms, scheduling services, mapping tools, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

References or links to Facebook, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or other third-party platforms do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, administration, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated. Facebook and Instagram are products of Meta Platforms, Inc. Larina Matrix and Listing Amplified are not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

Except for content owned by professionals, listing participants, licensors, or other third parties, the Larina Matrix site, branding, software, layout, original text, designs, and platform features are owned by or licensed to Listing Amplified.

You may use the site for ordinary personal real estate research and connection purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected platform material except as permitted by law or written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larina Matrix is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, particular results, or that use of the site will lead to a transaction or professional relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listing Amplified and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from public use of Larina Matrix. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms may be updated as Larina Matrix changes. The current version will display a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by California law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to Larina Matrix or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Contra Costa County, California.
